How to Deactivate Your Easypaisa Account

If you want to delete or deactivate your Easypaisa account, there are a few simple ways to do it. You can contact customer support, visit a Telenor franchise, or send an email request.

Method 1: Contact the Easypaisa Helpline

The quickest way to close your Easypaisa account is by calling their customer support.

  1. For Telenor users: Dial 3737 from your registered Easypaisa number.
  2. For other networks (Jazz, Zong, Ufone): Call 042-111-003-737 from any phone number.

When you call, make sure to provide the following information for verification:

  • Your CNIC number
  • Your registered mobile number
  • Details of your last transaction

Once they confirm your request, it will be processed, and your account will be closed permanently within a few days.

Method 2: Visit a Telenor Franchise or Easypaisa Agent

If you prefer speaking to someone in person, you can visit a Telenor franchise or any Easypaisa agent.

  1. Take your original CNIC with you.
  2. Inform the franchise officer or agent that you want to delete your Easypaisa account.
  3. Provide the required documents (CNIC and mobile number).

Your request will be submitted, and once it’s processed, you’ll receive a confirmation message saying your account has been closed.

Method 3: Send an Email Request

If you prefer to do it online, you can send an email to Easypaisa customer support to request account deletion.

In the email, provide the following details:
